Job Description:
Our client in the Torrance, CA area is looking for a
Security Consultant to join their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working with IT teams on various projects to provide a cyber
security perspective, noting relevant cyber security controls and
policies that should be implemented
• Advise IT teams of appropriate cyber security best practices and
technologies to address cyber security requirements
• Work at customer site full-time
• Would have the ability to receive reach-back support from more
senior cyber security experts when needed
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3-5 years’ experience with cyber security in a large corporate
environment
• Familiarity with enterprise security architectures and ability to
advise on appropriate cyber security technologies, processes, or
best practices to be applied
• CISSP or similar certifications are desirable
• Strong computer network background and solid understanding of
typical application data flows
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field or
equivalent experience
