Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Total Rewards to oversee
global payroll administration and develop compensation and benefits
programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee global payroll management and ensure accurate and timely
payment of salaries and deductions
Manage benefits administration across multiple countries and lead
employee benefits communication
Administer a global total rewards strategy, including compensation
and benefits aligned with organizational goals
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 7-10 years of applicable
experience in total rewards, compensation, or HR operations
Experience with payroll practices in a multi-state setup
Strong understanding of benefits principles and regulations
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS system
Experience in or affinity for arts and culture is preferred
